Stages of Dog Training: Adulthood
Now you have a nice lifestyle living with your dog.
All the work you put in earlier is now paying big rewards!
You have developed a great relationship with your furry friend that will last a lifetime.
You now have the freedom to take your dog to places like dog friendly cafes, Home Depot, or any other place that allows dogs.
When people come over you can tell your dog go lay down and they do. If they are barking, you can tell them quiet and they obey.
By this time, you know your dog well, and know their limitations.
And with all this you have great freedom with your dog.
At the same time your dog is enjoying their life with you knowing you are their protector, provider, the giver of all things good.

They rely on you to lead them and guide them.
Now you have trust!
Training is ever growing and continues through the lifetime with your dog.
You can go as far as you want in any direction you want.
I enjoy competing with my dogs in obedience trials put on by AKC (American Kennel Club).
I also have continued to train and one of my dogs is a therapy dog helping people.
You dog now has the greatest life ever.
Happy training!
